Brenda Coutinho, MD, earned her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and performed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UMass Medical Center, both in Worcester, MA. After completing her training, Dr. Coutinho practiced in Wellesley Hills, MA and was a consulting correspondent for HealthCast with Janet Wu, Channel 7 and also for Medical Minutes, Mix 98.5 radio.

Dr. Coutinho is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Practicing general Ob/Gyn for ten years, the last 5 years in the Milford community, Dr. Coutinho is bringing her very warm and personalized style to Milford Regional Medical Center full-time. She has been the Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Milford for three years.

Dr. Coutinho’s special interests are adolescent gynecology, contraception, general obstetrics and perimenopausal management. Dr. Coutinho is married with two daughters.
