Scheduling an Appointment

Associates, please call 508-883-0600 and follow the phone menu prompts. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as
soon as possible so that we can schedule this time with another patient.
Urgent Care, After Hours & Emergencies
After office hours, call our office at
508-883-0600. Our on-call doctor
will call you back shortly after you leave your message. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
Prescription Refills
To renew a prescription, call our office during regular office hours
and follow the phone menu prompts to your doctor’s nurse. Please
call at least forty-eight hours before your medication runs out. Sometimes
a prescription refill request appears simple, but may require an examination
or new instructions. In these
cases, we may request that your doctor see you before we renew your prescription.
Referrals to Specialists
On occasion, your doctor may recommend that you see a
specialist. If your insurance
company requires that your primary care physician provide a referral, please
call our office at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment with the
specialist. This will allow us
sufficient time to process the referral.
Insurance
We are providers for most medical insurance plans.
Because there are a wide variety of insurance options, please contact
your insurance company directly to make sure your doctor accepts your plan.
If you are insured, please remember to bring your insurance
card with you when you come to our office. Your
insurance co-payment is due at the time of your visit. We
accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa.
